Partner Transactions definition

Partner Transactions means those transactions that are eligible for a Revenue Share pursuant to the ‘Partner Transactions’ section of this Agreement.

  • Until such time as LWP has such specific tracking mechanisms, LWP will calculate transaction revenue splits by LWP formulas that take the traffic from the CIM Talk City Service and/or CIM OnNow Service, as appropriate, as a percentage of total traffic on the Talk City Service and the OnNow Service and then applying that percentage to the total LWP Partner Transactions Revenue to arrive at a determination of a base CIM share of LWP Transaction Revenue.
