Partneris reiškia bet kurio restorano ar parduotuvės operatorių, xxxxx sudarė sutartį su „Bolt“, ir, kur aktualu, kiekvieną operatoriaus įstaigą, nurodytą Specialiųjų sąlygų Skyriuje (II), per kurią Partneris vykdo xxxx veiklą. Specialiosios Partnerio sąlygos reiškia Bendrųjų sąlygų ir Priedų dėl Partnerio pakeitimus, kaip nustatyta Specialiųjų sąlygų 5 Skyriuje. Pardavimo sutartis reiškia sutartį tarp Kliento ir Partnerio dėl Prekių pagal Užsakymą pardavimo. Paslaugos mokesčiai reiškia Partnerio pagal 6.3 Punktą mokamą mokestį. Specialiosios sąlygos reiškia specialiąsias sąlygas, pagal kurias buvo sudaryta ši Sutartis. Vartotojas reiškia bet kokį asmenį, xxxxx užregistravo vartotojo paskyrą “Bolt Food” platformoje ir naudojasi “Bolt Food” platformos paslaugomis per tą vartotojo paskyrą.

  • Design Criteria Package means concise, performance-oriented drawings or specifications for a public construction project.   • IS Specification means the Specification of latest edition with amendments, if any, up to time of receipt of tender by Corporation issued by the Bureau of Indian Standards as referred to in the specifications and / or work orders.

  • Poor foundation conditions means those areas where features exist which indicate that a natural or man-induced event may result in inadequate foundation support for the structural components of an SWLF unit.
