Partner Software definition

Partner Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.
Partner Software means the proprietary software included in the Partner Services including the Partner Web Services.
Partner Software is software (in object code form), and any of its Updates, upgrades, or revisions, including Documentation, that is owned by a Partner and provided to Client by Accruent on a pass- through, reseller, or original equipment manufacturer (OEM) basis.

Examples of Partner Software in a sentence

  • You must erase or destroy all such Partner Software and/or Redistribution Software upon termination or cancellation of your agreement with Wizmo, upon notice from Wizmo or upon transfer of your Device to another person or entity, whichever first occurs.

  • You may not make any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS; provided, however, that you may (a) make one (1) copy of Partner Software on your Device as expressly authorized by Wizmo; and (b) you may make copies of certain Redistribution Software in accordance with Paragraph 4 (Use of Redistribution Software).

  • You may use the Partner Software installed on your Devices by Wizmo only in accordance with the instructions, and only in connection with the services, provided to you by Wizmo.

  • The terms of this document permanently and irrevocably supersede the terms of any Microsoft End User License Agreement which may be presented in electronic form during your use of the Partner Software.

  • Certain SaaS Services may contain Partner Software, and Accruent may add and/or substitute functionally equivalent products for any Partner Software in the event of product unavailability, end-of-life, or changes to software requirements.

  • To the extent Customer utilizes any software or platform created by Operating Partner (“Operating Partner Software”) in furtherance of this Agreement, including the dashboard, Operating Partner grants to Customer a limited, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, nonexclusive, non-transferable (except as permitted pursuant to Section 17.4) limited license during the Term to install and use the Operating Partner Software in connection with using the Services.

  • In case of defects to the Software, Licensor will discharge its warranty by remedying the defect either by providing to Partner Software that is free of defects or, at Licensor’s free discretion, eliminate the defect.

  • Within sixty (60) days following the Effective Date and annually upon request thereafter, iCIMS may perform a security assessment of the Integration and/or Partner Software.

  • Partner shall not promote its Partner Services, or its placement in iCIMS UNIFi as representing any endorsement or approval by iCIMS of the Integration or Partner’s Services or Partner Software.

  • Arribatec and its software partners (as appropriate) shall not be liable for any failure of the Arribatec Software or Partner Software to provide any facility or function not specified in the relevant Documentation or by Arribatec in an Agreed Order.

Partner Software means the third party licensed software, if any, in object code form, and any related documentation, including all revisions and corrections, as detailed in an Agreed Order(s). Personnel means in relation to either party its employees, agents and sub- contractors. Prevailing Rates means the rates set out in an Agreed Order(s) as fixed for the first 12 months from the date of the Agreed Order and thereafter the current published rates from time to time of Arribatec.
Partner Software means the third party licensed software, if any, in object code form, and any related documentation, including all revisions and corrections, as detailed in an Agreed Order(s). Personnel means in relation to either party its employees, agents and sub- contractors.
Partner Software means the software developed by Partner to interface with the MoneyGram Network.
