Partner Schedule means the schedule listing the name, address, Capital Contribution, Partner Percentage, and date of admission of each Partner, attached hereto and amended from time to time by the General Partner.

Examples of Partner Schedule in a sentence

  • Each party shall become bound by this Agreement immediately upon affixing its signature hereto or upon execution of a Partner Schedule.

  • The Partner Schedule shall be maintained by the General Partner on behalf of the Partnership in accordance with this Agreement.

Related to Partner Schedule

  • Order Schedule means an MSC Order Schedule (or other order document) agreed to by Customer and MSC, and which incorporates this Agreement, by reference or otherwise, and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services ordered.
