Partner Rate Card definition
Partner Rate Card means the base fare plus the time and distance fees for Delivery Services for each Market (as outlined in Exhibit A-1). Partner Rate Cards will be provided to Partner prior to launching the Delivery Services in each Market. For clarity, Partner Rate Cards may be updated from time to time upon prior written notice of such change.
