Partner Merchant definition

Partner Merchant means any establishment or merchant participating in the Cash Back Programme;
Partner Merchant s Agreement” means the agreement between DBS Bank and the Partner Merchant in respect of the Programme.

  • If Merchant chooses for delivery services to be fulfilled by an Aggregator Delivery Partner, Merchant will need to provide the Aggregator Delivery Partner with certain Customer Information provided to Merchant through the Uber Tools, including (as applicable) the drop-off location of the applicable Items to be delivered and the name and phone number of the Customer.

  • Partner Group means any legal entity that has direct or indirect Control over the Partner and only as long as that legal entity maintains direct or indirect Control (“Parent Companies”) as well as all Associated Companies of the Parent Companies.

  • General Partner Interest means the ownership interest of the General Partner in the Partnership (in its capacity as a general partner without reference to any Limited Partner Interest held by it), which is evidenced by General Partner Units, and includes any and all benefits to which the General Partner is entitled as provided in this Agreement, together with all obligations of the General Partner to comply with the terms and provisions of this Agreement.

  • General Partner Loan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(d) hereof.

  • General Partner means Steel Partners Holdings GP Inc., a Delaware corporation, and its successors and permitted assigns that are admitted to the Partnership as general partner of the Partnership, in its capacity as a general partner of the Partnership (except as the context otherwise requires).

  • Support staff member means an employee who holds a position for which no certificate issued by the New Jersey State Board of Examiners is required.

  • General Partner Entity means the General Partner; provided, however, that if (i) the common shares of beneficial interest (or other comparable equity interests) of the General Partner are at any time not Publicly Traded and (ii) the common shares of beneficial interest (or other comparable equity interests) of an entity that owns, directly or indirectly, fifty percent (50%) or more of the common shares of beneficial interest (or other comparable equity interests) of the General Partner are Publicly Traded, the term “General Partner Entity” shall refer to such entity whose common shares of beneficial interest (or other comparable equity securities) are Publicly Traded.   • General Partner Unit means a fractional part of the General Partner Interest having the rights and obligations specified with respect to the General Partner Interest. A General Partner Unit is not a Unit.

  • Hosting Partners means companies who entered into an agreement with CIPC in the areas of application management; application hosting, application service provision, and marketplace hosting are incorporated in this category.

  • Managing General Partner means (i) Plains All American GP LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and its successors and permitted assigns as the general partner of the sole member of the General Partner or (ii) the business entity with the ultimate authority to manage the business and operations of the Partnership.

  • CFPC means the College of Family Physicians of Canada.

  • General Partners means all such Persons.

  • Intimate partner means, with respect to a person, the spouse of the person, a former spouse of the person, an individual who is a parent of a child of the person or an individual who cohabitates or has cohabitated with the person.
