Partner Facility definition

Partner Facility or 'Partner Facilities' means a third party foundry who has signed an agreement to manufacture Licensee's Products or Licensee's Customer Products on behalf of Licensee. Such Partner Facility or Partner Facilities may make use of Licensee-modified Licensed Technology, but shall have no right to modify the Licensed Technology.
Partner Facility. A Partner Facility is a golf course that has paid a Facility Fee to be a member of the Associations.
