Partner County definition

Partner County means ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, South Carolina.
Partner County means the county (TRINITY in this agreement) that shall assume the duties and responsibilities listed in Section "D" of this Agreement.
Partner County means Cherokee County, South Carolina.

  • As to all Park Property, after application of SSRCs, if any, one percent (1%) of the total remaining Park Fees received by the County with respect to each Tax Year (the “Partner County Park Fees”) will be distributed to the Partner County in accordance with the Park Agreement.

  • The Park may be expanded to include additional property, subject to the prior written consent of the Developer, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, only by ordinances of the City (regardless of whether such additional property is located within the City), County and Partner County approving a revised description of the Park Property to be attached hereto as Exhibit B, unless otherwise limited by the Fee Agreement.

  • On the Closing Date, Parent shall deliver to the Paying Agent for exchange and payment in accordance with this Article II through such reasonable procedures as Parent may adopt, an aggregate amount of cash equal to the Merger Consideration.

  • Unused Partner County allocation will automatically revert to the Host County at the end of the fiscal year.
