As to all Park Property, after application of SSRCs, if any, one percent (1%) of the total remaining Park Fees received by the County with respect to each Tax Year (the “Partner County Park Fees”) will be distributed to the Partner County in accordance with the Park Agreement.
Property may be removed from the Park, subject to the prior written consent of the Developer, only by ordinance of the County, of the City and of the Partner County approving a revised description of the Park Property to be attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Each Owner or Partner County may have its own specific requirements for the recordation of documents including, but not limited to, document types authorized for recording and payment methods.

A county interface with SECURE, as referenced in this document, includes the hardware, software and network connections of the product that any Partner County has put in place to use the SECURE Application Programming Interface (API) in order to connect their county recording system to SECURE.
Partner County or Partner Counties: means non-owner counties that have contracted to use SECURE.
Notwithstanding the foregoing the County and the Partner County have authorized the expansion of the Park by ordinance to include the additional property identified on Exhibit E, and the City has consented to the same, and the City and the County agree that such properties shall be added to Exhibit B upon request by the Developer without the requirement of any further action by the governing bodies of the City, the County, or the Partner County.
The Park may be expanded to include additional property, subject to the prior written consent of the Developer, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, only by ordinances of the City (regardless of whether such additional property is located within the City), County and Partner County approving a revised description of the Park Property to be attached hereto as Exhibit B, unless otherwise limited by the Fee Agreement.
On the Closing Date, Parent shall deliver to the Paying Agent for exchange and payment in accordance with this Article II through such reasonable procedures as Parent may adopt, an aggregate amount of cash equal to the Merger Consideration.
Unused Partner County allocation will automatically revert to the Host County at the end of the fiscal year.
