Partner Contract definition

Partner Contract has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 1, and for the avoidance of doubt, includes any orders for Services entered into between Partner and Datadog.
Partner Contract means any Contract between Honeywell, the Company or any of their applicable Subsidiaries, on the one hand, and any of the top 25 customers of the SPS Business, on the other hand (measured by revenue during the first nine (9) months of fiscal year 2005), in connection with the operation of the business described in clause (A) of the definition of "SPS Business".

  • Datadog may terminate Contractor or Subcontractor Customer’s access to the Services and these Terms (a “Subscription Termination”): (i) if Contractor of Subcontractor Customer materially breaches these Terms, and such breach (if capable of cure) remains uncured 30 days after Datadog provides notice of such breach; (ii) when the Partner Contract terminates where Customer is using the Services under an MSP Customer Order; or (iii) pursuant to Section 14.2. .

  • Emerald has the right to charge Event Partner a late fee on any overdue sums from the due date of payment as set forth in the payment schedule in the Event Partner Contract or on the electronic application form at the rate of 1.5% per month or, if less, the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, accruing on a daily basis and being compounded quarterly until payment of the overdue sum is made, whether before or after judgment.
