Particulate matter (PM) emissions definition
Particulate matter (PM) emissions means particulate matter emitted to the ambient air as measured by applicable reference methods, or an equivalent or alternative method, specified by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, or by a test method specified in an approved State Implementation Plan (SIP). PM emissions are further defined to include the following:
