Particulate filter definition

Particulate filter means a filtering device fitted in the exhaust system of a vehicle to reduce particulate matter from the exhaust flow;
Particulate filter means a control device that uses filtration technology to reduce Particulate Matter emissions, including, but not limited to, electrostatic precipitators, baghouses, and ceramic filter systems.
