Particulate definition

Particulate means any air contaminant existing as a finely divided liquid or solid, other than uncombined water, as measured by a reference test specified in subsection (5) of R 336.2004 of the Michigan administrative code or by an equivalent or alternative method.
Particulate or “particulate matter” means any air- borne finely divided solid or liquid material with an aerodynamic diameter smaller than 100 micrometers.
Particulate means any gas borne material, except uncombined water, which exists as a liquid or solid and which is capable of being suspended in a gaseous system.
