Participation Proposal definition

Participation Proposal means an affidavit attesting to the MBE/WBE subcontractors that will be utilized on a given contract, stating the name, address, telephone number of MBE/WBE subcontractor/supplier, dollar amount and percentage of participation and the scope of work to be performed.

Examples of Participation Proposal in a sentence

  • All Offerors (both large and small businesses) are required to complete a Small Business Participation Proposal.

  • The target Participation Goal range represents a percentage of the hard costs and soft costs associated with the Work (the “Eligible Costs”) that will be paid to contractors, subcontractors and supplier firms certified with the City of New York through the Department of Small Business Services or with the State of New York through the Empire State Development Corporation as MBEs or WBEs. In the event of an Improvement, Operator shall identify their Participation Goal in their M/WBE Participation Proposal.

  • All Offeror’s (both large and small businesses) are required to complete a Small Business Participation Proposal.

  • The SB Participation Proposal must meet the minimum Total Small Business Participation goal of 10% of the total contract value (through collective small business participation from any type of small business or sub-category small business).

  • All offerors shall submit a Small Business Participation Proposal using the template attached in this solicitation at Attachment (E).

  • The Small Business Participation Proposal will be evaluated on the Offeror’s best efforts and the level of small business commitment that is being demonstrated for the proposed acquisition and the prior level of commitment to utilizing small businesses in performance of prior contracts.

  • Factor 2, Integrated Management and Staffing Approach, and Factor 3, Integrated Decision Support Tools, Enterprise-wide Digital Solutions, and Cloud Enablement are of equal importance and each is significantly more important than Factor 4, Past Performance and Factor 5, Small Business Participation Proposal, which are of equal importance.

  • If any discrepancy exists between the terms and provisions of the REACH Program Regulations, as amended from time to time, and this Agreement and/or the Participation Proposal, the terms and conditions of the REACH Program Regulations shall control.

  • If any discrepancy exists between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Participation Proposal, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall control.

  • Small Business Subcontracting Plans shall reflect and be consistent with the commitments offered in the Small Business Participation Proposal.
