Participating User definition

Participating User means a User: (i) who has specifically given consent to Arccos to share such User’s Data with Customer; and (ii) (a) who has not withdrawn such consent; or (b) who has not been dis-enrolled as such by Customer. For avoidance of doubt, a Participating User shall continue as such until such consent is withdrawn by such Participating User, or until Customer dis-enrolls such Participating User, even if such Participating User ceases to be a User.

  • HSBC shall provide the Participating User with the details of the original sum of money received by the Participating User and HSBC deducted charges in the Participating User’s bank statement (or by other means agreed with the Participating User).

  • BSF and the Participating User each accepts that it is responsible for ensuring the security of its own technical environment and the Participating User accepts that it is responsible for ensuring the security of the technical environment of its Agents.
