Good Manufacturing Practice or “GMP” means the current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) and all applicable governmental rules and regulations as applied at the site(s) of manufacture and control, as amended from time to time and in effect during the term of this License Agreement.
Good Manufacturing Practices means current good manufacturing practices, as set forth in 21 C.F.R. Parts 210 and 211.
Good Engineering Practice means, Works carried out in accordance with the following standards/ specifications,
Prudent Operating Practice means the mining practices, methods and acts that would be employed by a prudent mining operator having assets and operations similar in type, size, location and scope to Borrower, using modern mining equipment and techniques in the conduct of diligent and safe mining operations in an attempt to recover the maximum amount of economically mineable and merchantable coal from the Mining Facilities with due regard for all Applicable Law, all in accordance and compliance with Environmental or Mining Permits held by Borrower.
Current Good Manufacturing Practices or “cGMP” means applicable Good Manufacturing Practices as specified in the United States Code of Federal Regulations and/or the EU Good Manufacturing Guidelines, and any successor legislation from time to time, prevailing at the time of the manufacture of the Product.
Discriminatory housing practice means an act that is unlawful under this chapter.
Promising practice means a practice that presents, based on preliminary information, potential for becoming a research-based or consensus-based practice.
Participating Product means any of the Breville products listed in the table below by model name and number that are supplied by Breville in Australia and sold directly by Breville or by a Participating Retail Store: Any costs, fees, expenses or liability of any description to pay any amount for installation, insurance, warranty or extended warranty, delivery or any other cost that is, at the determination of the Promoter in its absolute discretion, additional or ancillary to the models listed in the above table.
Practices means that the practice(s) seems like a logical approach to addressing a specific behavior which is becoming distinct, recognizable among Clients and clinicians in practice, or innovators in academia or policy makers; and at least one recognized expert, group of researchers or other credible individuals have endorsed the practice as worthy of attention based on outcomes; and finally, it produces specific outcomes.
Participating State means a state electing to participate in the uniform program by entering a base state agreement.
Participating States means a Member or non-Member State participating in a given Agency programme according to Article V.1 (a) and (b) of the European Space Agency Convention.
Practice means the practice of medicine and surgery or osteopathic medicine and surgery.
Good Laboratory Practice or “GLP” means the applicable then-current standards for laboratory activities for pharmaceuticals (including biologicals) or vaccines, as applicable, as set forth in the Act and any regulations or guidance documents promulgated thereunder, as amended from time to time, together with any similar standards of good laboratory practice as are required by any Regulatory Authority having jurisdiction over the applicable activity.

Active practice means post-licensure practice at the level of licensure for which an applicant is seeking licensure in Virginia and shall include at least 360 hours of practice in a 12-month period.

Uniformly Applicable as referred to above, means a modification by which holders of debt securities of any series affected by that modification are invited to exchange, convert or substitute their debt securities on the same terms for (x) the same new instruments or other consideration or (y) new instruments or other consideration from an identical menu of instruments or other consideration. Good Industry Practice means standards, practices, methods and procedures conforming to the Law and the degree of skill and care, diligence, prudence and foresight which would reasonably and ordinarily be expected from a skilled and experienced person or body engaged in a similar type of undertaking under the same or similar circumstances.

Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice means the current standards of the appraisal profession, developed for appraisers and users of appraisal services by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation.

Participating abstractor means an abstractor who is authorized to participate in the title guaranty program and who is in full compliance with the abstractor’s participation agreement, the Code of Iowa, these rules, the manual, staff supplements, and any other written or oral instructions or requirements given by the division.
Certificate of Catholic Practice means a certificate issued by the family’s parish priest (or the priest in charge of the church where the family attends Mass) in the form laid down by the Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales. It will be issued if the priest is satisfied that at least one Catholic parent or carer (along with the child, if he or she is over seven years old) have (except when it was impossible to do so) attended Mass on Sundays and holy days of obligation for at least five years (or, in the case of the child, since the age of seven, if shorter).
