Participating Plans definition

Participating Plans are set forth on Exhibit E attached hereto.
Participating Plans means the group health, dental, vision, group-term life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, short-term disability and/or long-term disability plans which shall be maintained by a Plan Sponsor from time to time.
