Participating Debentures means the Participating Debenture and any other participating debenture (Sw.:kapitalandelslån) of the Issuer outstanding from time to time.

Related to Participating Debentures
Series B Debentures means the Series B 9.50% Junior Subordinated Deferrable Interest Debentures due March 15, 2029 of the Debenture Issuer issued pursuant to the Indenture.
Series A Debentures means the [___]% Junior Subordinated Deferrable Interest Debentures due December [__], 2028, Series A, of the Debenture Issuer issued pursuant to the Indenture.
Initial Debentures means the Debentures designated as “8.0% Unsecured Convertible Debentures” and described in Section 2.5;
Exchange Debentures has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a) hereof.
Subordinated Debentures means the debentures exchangeable by the Company for the Preferred Stock in accordance with the Certificate of Designations therefor.
