Participant Organization definition

Participant Organization means an entity that participates in a DSRIP Project or engages in PPS activities or provides or sells goods or services in connection for PPS Projects or CNYCC’s operations, and which is not a Partner Organization.

  • In the event of improper use of the COVID-19 Screening Tests, or non-compliance with the Program by the Participant Organization under, or a material breach by the Participant Organization of, any term of this Agreement, as determined by the CRCS, the CRCS may terminate this Agreement effective immediately upon delivery of written notice of termination to the Participant Organization.

  • The CRCS shall not be held liable for any contractual commitments entered into by the Participant Organization with any third party for the performance of the Program.

Participant Organization means an individual or organization that has entered into a mutually agreed upon data sharing agreement with HIN.
