Examples of Participant Notice in a sentence

  • The timing for reporting of Block Trades shall be as established in a Participant Notice but in no event shall be more than 8 minutes after the parties have agreed to the terms of such Block Trade.

  • Covered Employee means an employee who is a “Covered Employee” within the meaning of Section 162(m) of the Code.

  • Grant Agreement means the agreement entered into by the Parties, including the Signature Document, these Uniform Terms and Conditions, along with any attachments and amendments that may be issued by the System Agency.
