Participant Allocation definition

Participant Allocation means, with respect to any Participant, (i) a Fiscal Year Award, or (ii) a Special Award.
Participant Allocation means, with respect to any Participant, (i) that portion of such Participant’s Above Base Compensation that would otherwise be awarded in the form of Morgan Stanley equity compensation or other mandatory long-term incentive compensation that is allocated to the Plan or (ii) such Participant’s Special Award.

Examples of Participant Allocation in a sentence

  • If the Employer has elected the Participant Group Allocation method in the Adoption Agreement, then for purposes of determining the amount of Employer Contributions to be allocated to Employees’ accounts, each eligible Employee of the Employer will be included in a Participant Allocation Group as defined in the Adoption Agreement .

  • The Employer will specify in written instructions to the Plan Administrator or the Trustee, by no later than the due date of the Employer’s tax return for the year to which the Employer’s Contribution relates, the portion of such contribution to be allocated to each separate Participant Allocation Group.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, each Contractor shall pay when due, and its Net Profits Account will be charged with, its Unit Participation share or its Participant Allocation share, attributable to its Contractor’s Percentage of the Working Interest in the Contract Lands, of all Unit Expense, as required by, and subject to the terms of, the Unitization Agreements.
