Partial Termination Ratio definition
Partial Termination Ratio means a fraction in which the numerator is the amount expressed in US Dollars corresponding to the heading “Amount and currency payable by Party A” in the relevant Confirmation and the denominator is the amount expressed in Euros corresponding to the heading “Amount and currency payable by Party B” in such Confirmation.
Examples of Partial Termination Ratio in a sentence
The partial termination payment owed by Party A to Party B shall be an amount is US Dollars equal to the sum of (i) (A) the amount of the reduction in the Notional Amount multiplied by (B) the Partial Termination Ratio plus (ii) the Market Quotation (expressed as a positive or negative, as determined by Party A).
