Partial sight definition

Partial sight means a visual acuity ranging from 20/70 to 20/200 in the better eye after refraction, or a significant loss of fields of vision in both eyes as a result of, but not limited to, hemeralopia, glaucoma, retinitis pigmentosa, retinoschisis, or diabetes retinopathy that, with correction, affects a student's educational performance.
