Partial Shift definition

Partial Shift. The whose regular function is dis- continued part way through the shift shall be the one reassigned during that shift. Employees who are not performing their regular function shall be given the first opportunity to return to their normal function unless they are required to continue their present assignment due to the shortage of skills.
