Partial Recourse Debt definition

Partial Recourse Debt means Indebtedness of any Person a portion of which (but in no event less than eighty-five (85%) percent of the principal amount thereof) shall constitute Non-Recourse Debt.
Partial Recourse Debt means Debt of any Person a portion of which (but in no event less than eighty (85%) percent of the principal amount thereof) shall constitute Non-Recourse Indebtedness.
Partial Recourse Debt as to any Person Indebtedness of such Person for which such Person has only partial liability for repayment and deficiency and the balance of which is Non-Recourse Debt.

  • Non-Recourse Debt means Indebtedness:
