Partial inspection definition

Partial inspection means an onsite review of a permittee's or operator's compliance with some of the permit conditions and requirements imposed under North Dakota Century Code chapter 38-14.1 and this article and includes the collection of evidence of any violation of those conditions or requirements.
Partial inspection means an on-site or aerial review of a person's compliance with some of the permit conditions and requirements imposed under IC 14-34 and this article.
