Thereafter, the Employee’s Partial Employment Period shall immediately and automatically expire and Employee’s employment with Progressive shall terminate.
Partial Employment With Remuneration Permanent employees who work part of the school year or part- time permanent employees shall be advanced a credit of a pro- rated amount of the twenty (20.0) days sick leave based on their days with remuneration from the Board and their percentage of employment, if applicable, for the period from the first school day to the last school day in the school.

Executive shall not be entitled to accumulate unused paid vacation time from one Employment Year to the next Employment Year or to receive additional compensation from Company in lieu of unused vacation time with respect to any Employment Year or Partial Employment Year or upon termination of this Agreement.
