Partial denial means a case where compensability is accepted but the claim administrator initially denies all indemnity benefits and only medical benefits will be paid; Partial Denial also means a case where a specific indemnity benefit(s) was previously paid but subsequently denied, either in whole or in part. A “Partial Denial” is represented by a SROI MTC “PD”.
