Partial decoupling definition

Partial decoupling means as the situation where the unavailability of the SDAC to produce results affects a subset of bidding zones within it leading to the application of fallback procedures only in the relevant bidding zone borders;
Partial decoupling with respect to a session of DA MCO Function Operations, Personal Data means any information qualified as personal data pursuant to article 4(1) of GDPR;
Partial decoupling means as the situation where the inability of single day-ahead market coupling to produce results affects a subset of Bidding Zones borders of the countries here considered leading to the application of fallback procedures only in the relevant Bidding Zone borders.
