Partial Credit definition

Partial Credit means the lower range of PMPM threshold set for each Performance Scorecard measure based on peer level performance that the Provider must meet to earn a low tier incentive in the Program during a Measurement Period (50% of Full Credit amount).

Examples of Partial Credit in a sentence

  • Any reduction made pursuant to this Section 10(a) shall be made in accordance with the following order of priority: (i) stock options whose exercise price exceeds the fair market value of the optioned stock (“Underwater Options”) (ii) Full Credit Payments (as defined below) that are payable in cash, (iii) non-cash Full Credit Payments that are taxable, (iv) non-cash Full Credit Payments that are not taxable (v) Partial Credit Payments (as defined below) and (vi) non-cash employee welfare benefits.

  • Any reduction made pursuant to this Section 5(a) shall be made in accordance with the following order of priority: (i) stock options whose exercise price exceeds the fair market value of the optioned stock (“Underwater Options”) (ii) Full Credit Payments (as defined below) that are payable in cash, (iii) non-cash Full Credit Payments that are taxable, (iv) non-cash Full Credit Payments that are not taxable (v) Partial Credit Payments (as defined below) and (vi) non-cash employee welfare benefits.

  • Any reduction made pursuant to this Section 19 shall be made in accordance with the following order of priority: (i) Full Credit Payments (as defined below) that are payable in cash, (ii) non-cash Full Credit Payments that are taxable, (iii) non-cash Full Credit Payments that are not taxable, (iv) Partial Credit Payments (as defined below), (v) non-cash employee welfare benefits and (vi) stock options whose exercise price exceeds the fair market value of the optioned stock.

  • Any reduction made pursuant to this Section 6(a) shall be made in accordance with the following order of priority: (i) stock options whose exercise price exceeds the fair market value of the optioned stock (“Underwater Options”) (ii) Full Credit Payments (as defined below) that are payable in cash, (iii) non-cash Full Credit Payments that are taxable, (iv) non-cash Full Credit Payments that are not taxable, (v) Partial Credit Payments (as defined below) and (vi) non-cash employee welfare benefits.

  • Any reduction made pursuant to this Section 5 shall be made in accordance with the following order of priority: (i) stock options whose exercise price exceeds the fair market value of the optioned stock (“Underwater Options”) (ii) Full Credit Payments (as defined below) that are payable in cash, (iii) non-cash Full Credit Payments that are taxable, (iv) non-cash Full Credit Payments that are not taxable (v) Partial Credit Payments (as defined below) and (vi) non-cash employee welfare benefits.
