Partial Agreement definition

Partial Agreement means an agreement between the User and the Provider which is governed by the Framework Agreement.
Partial Agreement means an agreement on the provision of Services via the specific rental of a specific vehicle,concluded in accordance with the Framework Agreement and these GCT.
