Part-time Pharmacist definition

Part-time Pharmacist means a pharmacist (as defined) who is employed as such, and who usually works a regular number of hours on a regular number of days each week, which hours are less than 38 hours each week, but more than 12 hours each week.

  • Pharmacy technician trainee or “technician trainee” means an individual who is in training to become a pharmacy technician and who is in the process of acquiring national certification as a pharmacy technician as provided in rule 657—3.5(155A).

  • Part-time Teacher means a Teacher employed by the Board on a regular basis for other than full-time duty.

  • Clinical social worker means a person who practices social work as defined in § 54.1-3700.

  • Part-time student means an individual who is enrolled at an accredited private institution or board of regents university in a course of study including at least three semester hours or the trimester or quarter equivalent of three semester hours.

  • Direct care worker means a paid individual who provides direct, personal care services to persons with disabilities or the elderly requiring long-term care (see also the definition of long-term care worker, which includes direct care workers).
