Each Employee who is shown on the Employer’s Plan records as a Part-Time Associate or as a Full-Time Temporary Associate shall be eligible to participate in the Plan as of the first Entry Date on or after the date on which he both attained age eighteen and completed one Year of Service (provided he is still in the Service of the Employer on such date).
If a Part-Time Associate does not agree to work additional hours at the 115% loading but they are still requested to work such hours, the extra hours shall be paid at Overtime rates.
Faculty with at least twenty-four (24) semester/sessions of service as of fall 2005, referred to as Annual Grandparented Faculty (Part-Time Associate Teaching Professor), shall be entitled to pre-appointment course replacement within department/program/school/college based on length of service and can displace Multi-Year Faculty with less years of service.
