PARMULA definition

PARMULA refers to the joint venture corporation to be created pursuant to this Agreement for the purpose of marketing, selling, and distributing the TMF Product Line throughout the United States and to all other markets throughout the world.

  • Formula means the appropriate secondary road fund distribution formula or farm-to-market road fund distribution formula as defined in subrules 102.2(2) and 102.2(3).

  • Minimum Weighted Average Coupon Test means a test that will be satisfied on any Measurement Date if the Weighted Average Coupon equals or exceeds 7.0%.

  • -Through Rate As to each Class of interest-bearing Certificates, the per annum rate set forth or described in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Stress Factor means 2.25.

  • MVAR means megavolt ampere of reactive power.
