Parking vs. storage definition

Parking vs. storage means parking is the area used for leaving motor vehicles for a temporary time. Storage is to place or leave in a location for maintenance, repair, sale, rental or future use.

Related to Parking vs. storage

  • Parking Open unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("UNRESERVED PARKING SPACES"); and reserved vehicle parking spaces ("RESERVED PARKING SPACES"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)

  • Parking Garage means all or a portion of a building or structure the principal or intended principal use of which is the parking or storage of motor vehicles but excludes all or a portion of a building or structure that provides no more than four motor vehicle parking or storage spaces accessory to a residential use;

  • the parking area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and as a special parking area by article 4 of this Order.

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Project which may be used for parking as depicted on the Site Plan, as such areas may be changed by Landlord from time to time.
