Parking Space Allotment. The right to park, on an unreserved and nonexclusive basis, subject to the provisions of Article XXIV, up to one (1) passenger automobiles in the Parking Facilities (based on one (1) permit for each four thousand three (4,500) square feet of rentable area in the Premises, rounded up).

Examples of Parking Space Allotment in a sentence

  • Except as disclosed in Schedule 3.07(h), (i) Seller has not received any notice of any claimed or purported default in any CATV Instruments and (ii) there are no proceedings pending, or, to the knowledge of Seller, threatened, to cancel, modify or change any CATV Franchise.

  • Said Parking Space Allotment shall be paid for by Tenant at the then current prevailing rate in the Parking Facilities, as such rate may vary from time to time.

  • Tenant and its employees, visitors and other invitees shall be entitled to use unreserved parking spaces for standard sized passenger automobiles in the Parking Facilities in an amount equal to the Parking Space Allotment, subject to Landlord’s rights pursuant to the remainder ofthis Section and such reasonable rules and regulations as Landlord may establish from time to time.

  • Landlord acknowledges that parking areas shall be used for their intended purpose such that Tenant shall have access to its Parking Space Allotment during normal business hours.

  • Tenant shall not use more parking spaces than the Parking Space Allotment.

  • As of the Expansion Space Commencement Date, the Parking Space Allotment shall be increased by two (2) additional permits, such that the total Parking Space Allotment available to Tenant shall be three (3) monthly parking permits for unreserved and nonexclusive parking, subject to, and in accordance with, the applicable terms and conditions of the Lease (as amended hereby).
