Parking Setback definition

Parking Setback means the required open space that lies between a parking space and the abutting right-of-way line of a public street.

Related to Parking Setback

  • Setback means the right-angled distance from a lot line or street boundary to the nearest part of a main building on the lot.

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Parking Open unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("UNRESERVED PARKING SPACES"); and reserved vehicle parking spaces ("RESERVED PARKING SPACES"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)

  • Building sewer means the extension from the building drain to the public sewer or other place of disposal.

  • Parking Garage means all or a portion of a building or structure the principal or intended principal use of which is the parking or storage of motor vehicles but excludes all or a portion of a building or structure that provides no more than four motor vehicle parking or storage spaces accessory to a residential use;
