Parking/Reserved Parking definition
Parking/Reserved Parking. Landlord shall provide Tenant with fifteen (15) Reserved Parking stalls close to the entrances of the Building free of charge throughout the Term of the Lease. Tenant agrees to reimburse the for the costs for Landlord to paint and maintain the reserved stalls described in the Parking/Reserved Parking section. Additional Reserved Parking can be made available to Tenant, by Landlord, for $300.00 per stall, per year. Other than the above Reserved Parking, all other parking shall be open and available on an unreserved basis in the parking areas shown on Exhibit A, provided Landlord may in its sole discretion designate parking spaces as reserved parking for individual tenants based on each tenant’s proportionate premises square footage.
