Parking Rate means then-current hourly street parking rates for the area around the Property (City parking zone to be referenced here); provided that in no event shall PPMPDA be required to charge less than the then-applicable Rate Floor.

  • This is to be limited to a maximum claim of 15 hours parking (e.g. 6 days X 2.5 hours) at the Perth Council Parking Rate as per His Majesty City Council Parking per person per month.

More Definitions of Parking Rate

Parking Rate means monthly parking fees as follows: (i) Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) per parking space for the period during which Tenant’s parking spaces shall be located in the CambridgeSide parking garage pursuant to Section 1.3, such rate to be adjusted, if at all, in accordance with the terms of Landlord’s agreement with the operator of such garage, and (ii) Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($350.00) per parking space upon the completion of the Parking Garage located at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, such rate to be adjusted upon each anniversary of the Rent Commencement Date by a percentage increase equal to the twelve-month increase, if any, in the Consumer Price Index of the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the U.S. Department of Labor for “CPI U” (All Urban Consumers) for the region in which the Building is located; provided that, if the adjustment made pursuant to this definition of Parking Rate would result in a decrease in the Parking Rate hereunder as of the applicable adjustment date, then no adjustment shall be made at such time.
