Parking Premises definition

Parking Premises means a portion of the property together with a parking garage located at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, a/k/a Tract ▇-▇ and Tract B-2, respectively, as more particularly depicted on Exhibit A-2.”

Parking Premises means the number of parking stalls subject to this Lease located in the parking garage that serves the Building calculated at any given time by dividing the rentable area of the Premises by 5,400, as the same may be designated by Landlord, with Tenant's reasonable approval, at or prior to the Commencement Date.

Examples of Parking Premises in a sentence

  • Trash shall be deposited in dumpsters provided on the Parking premises by Tailgate Parking or shall be removed from the Parking Premises by Licensee.

  • Trinity Episcopal Church shall be responsible for any Parking Premises damage caused at or during permitted, reserved, and scheduled church events.

  • The Town may charge, collect and retain all revenues from regular, daily or special event parking for the Town or public use of Parking Premises.

  • If Trinity Episcopal Church terminates this Agreement, Trinity Episcopal Church shall pay to the Town the unamortized cost of any improvements made to the Parking Premises by the Town.

  • The Parking Lot and Parking Premises owned by the Property Owner are more particularly described as: Tax Account No: District – 03, Account Number – ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇; Map 0101, Grid F2, Parcel 209; Property Land Area: 37,026 SF; Description: CHURCH LOT; Street Address: ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇.; Owner of Record: VESTRY OF TRINITY CHURCH.

  • If the Town terminates this Agreement, the Town forfeits the cost of any Improvements to the Parking Premises made by the Town.

  • With the exception of scheduled, reserved and permitted Trinity Episcopal Church events, the Town shall be responsible for security of the public parking at the Parking Premises consistent with the level of security provided at other Town venues, spaces, operations and events.

  • The Town shall be responsible for any Parking Premises damage caused at or during all other times.
