parking pad definition
parking pad means an open area of land that is paved and/or treated with a stable surface that is used for the parking and/or storage of three or less ve- hicles and which is exclusively devoted to a residential use on the same lot.
parking pad means an improved surface intended for the parking of a motor vehicle as defined in Minnesota Statutes, Section 609.487, subd. 2a, as amended from time to time.
