Parking Operations definition

Parking Operations means (i) all Parking Services provided by Executive Parking as of the date of the closing of the Purchase Agreement (the ‘‘Closing Date’’), (ii) all Parking Services located or provided in the Region obtained by the Company through acquisition (each a ‘‘Subsequent Acquisition’’) following the date of the Letter of Intent and (iii) all Parking Services located or provided in the Region obtained by the Company (whether or not as a result of the efforts of one or both of the Employees) following the date of the Letter of Intent in the ordinary course of its business.
Parking Operations means all parking on the Premises, including parking in connection with Ballpark Events, Special Events and commuter parking.
