Parking Location means the location or locations of Client’s on-street parking, off-street parking, reservation parking, parking lots, parking decks, permitted parking, and other facilities where ParkMobile Users may park.

Examples of Parking Location in a sentence

  • The parties agree that ParkMobile does not own, operate, manage, or maintain any Parking Location.

  • Client agrees that ParkMobile is not responsible for the condition or operation of any Parking Location, including, but not limited to, the operation of third-party hardware and/or software-based solutions used by Client at the Parking Location or for the delivery and/or fulfillment of parking or other services at the Parking Location.

  • Licensor shall consider in good faith any suggestion made from time to time by Licensee as to the pricing to be charged for use of such parking spaces and designated tailgating areas on any Off-Premises Parking Location.

  • In order for ParkMobile to provide Reservation Parking Services, Client shall maintain an agreed upon number of parking spaces or transportation services at the Parking Location which shall be maintained at all times unless ParkMobile is notified otherwise in writing by Client.

  • For each UNLV Event, Licensor shall manage and control the parking operations at the Premises or any Off-Premises Parking Location.

  • Licensor shall receive all revenue generated from parking spaces and designated tailgating areas located on any Off-Premises Parking Location.

  • If your vehicle remains parked or otherwise enters the designated Parking Location during special events You will be charged and required to pay the posted parking rate for the Parking Location during such period of time and/or be subject to a written citation, vehicle immobilization and/or towing at Your expense.

  • If access to the Parking Location is denied for any reason other than a ParkMobile User’s error or failure to abide by Client’s rules and regulations, Client agrees to forfeit its share of the applicable parking fee and authorizes ParkMobile to refund the entire Parking Fee to the ParkMobile User.

  • Parking is permitted in the designated Parking Location with a properly issued, fully paid and valid Parking Account, excluding parking for special events.

  • If access to the Parking Location is denied because of a ParkMobile User’s error or failure to abide by Client’s rules and regulations, no Parking Fees will be refunded to the ParkMobile User.

Related to Parking Location

  • Parking Lot means a building or land used for the parking or storage of ten or more motorcars or bakkies, or two or more buses or trucks, excluding −

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.
