parking ground definition
parking ground means any area of land set aside by the Council, or any area controlled by, or of which the Council has gained control, as a parking ground for the parking of vehicles therein by members of the public, whether or not charges are prescribed by these by-laws for use thereof;
parking ground means any area of land or any building set aside by the Council as a parking ground or garage for the parking of vehicles by members of the public, whether or not a prescribed fee has been determined for the use thereof;
parking ground means any area of land or any building set aside by the City as a parking ground or garage for the parking of vehicles by members of the public, whether or not charges are prescribed by this By-law for the use thereof.
