Landowner and the City shall mutually agree on appropriate locations for each Weekend Parking Event, which may differ between events, and which shall take into consideration both Landowner’s operational needs (including any construction that may be occurring on the Subject Property) and proximity of the location to the event.
Landowner shall make available an average of 200 spaces per Weekend Parking Event over the course of each calendar year, with a maximum of 300 spaces for any individual Weekend Parking Event.

A machine generated verbal confirmation will be issued to the Service User at the end of a call confirming a successful Parking Event.
Anything in this Section 2.1(b) to the contrary notwithstanding, the temporary construction access easement rights granted in this Section 2.1(b) with respect to Parking Lot 6 may not be used by LAFC on any Coliseum Parking Event Day.
Parking: Event Partner, at its expense, shall provide a reasonable number of parking spaces for vehicles in reasonable proximity to, and with direct access to, the Event for its duration.
