Parking Consultant definition
Parking Consultant means an independent municipal financial consultant or other consultant experienced in the study of operations of parking facilities and, in the reasonable judgment of the City Council, having a favorable repute throughout the State of Minnesota for skill and experience in such work and, unless otherwise specified herein, selected and engaged by the City.
Parking Consultant shall have the meaning as stated in the Parking Agreement.
Parking Consultant means a consulting firm or other consultant, experienced in implementing parking studies and providing operational and other advice to owners and operators of parking facilities, that is not an employee of, or otherwise controlled by, the Trustee, NPFG, the Parking Authority or the City, and which has been approved by the Trustee and NPFG provided such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
Examples of Parking Consultant in a sentence
Upon request by County’s Project Manager – from time to time, furnish and provide Parking Consultant personnel approved by County’s Project Manager for the purpose of conducting parking equipment evaluations, parking studies, parking operational evaluations, consulting services for the benefit of County’s Project Manager for durations and fees as approved by County’s Project Manager.
Revenue control software may be provided by a secondary source so long as that software has been used, in its current configuration, with the parking control equipment for a minimum of three (3) years at similar parking facilities and under conditions acceptable to the City and/or Parking Consultant as proof of established and successful system interface.
