Parking Allowance definition

Parking Allowance means the parking allowance specified in the Basic Terms.
Parking Allowance. Landlord shall provide Tenant parking at a ratio of four (4) stalls per 1,000 rentable square feet leased within the Building. Five (5) visitor stalls shall be marked near the Building front entrance. Tenant shall have the right to use all parking spaces striped on the surface lot constructed on the Land described on Exhibit A. (Section 15.5)
Parking Allowance. Parking shall be in common with all other tenants of the Building within parking spaces striped on the surface lot constructed on the Land described on EXHIBIT A.

Examples of Parking Allowance in a sentence

  • Carpool members shall determine the method of apportioning the monthly Special Parking Allowance to which they are entitled, in aggregate, to receive; any dispute involving this apportionment is specifically excluded from the Grievance/Arbitration provisions of this Agreement.

  • Bus drivers who are assigned by the Transportation Manager to park their school bus at their place of residence will receive an annual parking allowance of two-hundred and fifty (250.00) dollars (Effective July 1, 2026, the Bus Parking Allowance will increase to three hundred and twenty-five ($325.00) paid in two equal payments no later than January 15th and June 15th.

  • The Special Parking Allowance benefit shall be in lieu of the Regular Parking Allowance benefit.

  • If the monthly parking permit purchase price for a carpool is less than the amount to which the carpool is entitled under this schedule, the carpool shall only be eligible for a Special Parking Allowance Benefit equal to the actual cost of the monthly permit.

  • The following amounts shall be included for purposes of making the calculations regarding the Transitional Parking Allowance and Excess Transitional Parking Costs under Section 6.6 of the Comprehensive Agreement: • Costs to design and construct (or upgrade) and permit any surface parking spaces, travelways, sidewalks, etc., whether onsite or offsite.

  • Any Project Costs incurred by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to provide transitional parking during the construction of the Project in accordance with the Transitional Parking Plan in excess of the Transitional Parking Allowance shall be the responsibility of Herndon (“Excess Transitional Parking Costs”).

  • The Available Landlord’s Contribution and the Available Additional 2nd Floor Premises Allowance are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parking Allowance.” Landlord shall be under no obligation to apply any portion of the Parking Allowance for any purposes other than as provided in this Section 7(c).

  • In the event that Tenant does procure off-site parking pursuant to the foregoing, upon Landlord’s request, Tenant shall provide to Landlord documentation evidencing that Tenant has secured such off-site parking, and such off-site parking contains at least the number of parking spaces in excess of Tenant’s Maximum Parking Allowance which Tenant’s employees will utilize.

  • If the Parking Costs exceed an amount equal to the sum of (x) Tenant’s Initial Parking Contribution, plus (y) Landlord’s Parking Contribution (if any), plus (z) the Parking Allowance (if any), then any such excess costs shall hereinafter be defined as the “Parking Excess Costs” and shall be payable by Tenant to Landlord, as hereinafter set forth.

  • Commencing on the Commencement Date, Landlord shall provide Tenant on an unassigned, non-exclusive and unlabeled basis, the number of parking spaces in the parking area for the Property at the monthly rate specified in the Parking Allowance set forth in the Basic Terms, in common with all tenants and occupants of the Building and any others entitled to use such parking areas, subject to availability on a first-come first-served basis.
