Park development definition

Park development means those lands, services, facilities and amenities, including park furniture, related to public parks and public recreational lands as more specifically identified in Section 2.3 of this Agreement, including provision of parking, rough grading, fencing, municipal sewer and water services, topsoil and seeding.
Park development means park site acquisition and/or physical improvement of the neighborhood park system.
