Parger Level. 3 A worker who has good knowledge on how to handle a chipping gun and a grinder with the Employer’s vacuum systems and can do so with minimum supervision. A worker who can grind with all types of discs, can prepare a surface for finishing and knows the difference between which holes to patch and grind, and which holes to patch and float. Parger Level 2 A worker who has basic knowledge of what a parger does and understands how the finished product looks. Parger Level 1 WHMIS Working at Heights A worker with little or no experience but willing to learn how to become a parger. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand/bend over long periods of time.
