Parent Partner definition

Parent Partner means any Person which manufactures, develops, packages, processes, labels or tests or distributes products pursuant to a development, commercialization, manufacturing, supply, testing or other collaboration arrangement with Parent or any of its Subsidiaries.
Parent Partner means any Person (other than Parent or any of its Subsidiaries) that is engaged by or on behalf of the Parent or any of its Subsidiaries to perform any material activities relating to the research, development or manufacture of any Parent Product, including any contract research organization, contract manufacturing organization, contract development and manufacturing organization, clinical trial site operator or other material service provider performing activities subject to regulation under applicable Law on behalf of the Parent or any of its Subsidiaries; provided that, notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement, to the extent any representation relates to a Parent Partner, that aspect of the representation is limited to the matters that have a direct effect on the activities subject to a Contract between the Parent and the Parent Partner and is limited to Parent’s Knowledge.
Parent Partner means an individual who is a parent and has 12 (s)/guardian(s) with children or youth in the system and is hired due to his/her own personal experience 13 with ▇▇▇▇▇ knowledge in raising a child or youth with emotional/behavioral disturbance. For has exposure to the 14 Wraparound Orange County, it is required that this individual who is emotionally/behaviorally disturbed 15 and who has been through the County’s Welfare Services, Probation, or Mental 16 Health System and who providescan provide support to the Family Team and the parent(s)/guardian(s) 17 in particular.

  • Any Partner who is referred by the Parent Partner and is approved by AXIORY shall be considered for such Parent Partner its Sub-Partner.

  • The team includes: 1.) a Family Case Manager who has a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling or related field 2.) a Parent Partner, and 3.) a Bachelor's level Youth Partner.

  • If a family member that is not the identified child has needs that impact the functioning of the family system, the Parent Partner and Care Coordinator provide response to mitigate the needs, using the families natural and concrete supports.

  • In addition, the Parent Partner shall assist family members in the identification of sustainable community supports and linkage to community supports.

  • A flex fund expenditure report, 21 generated monthly by each Wrap OC Provider Agency, that identifies Youth 22 Partner, Parent Partner, Care Coordinator, and all other case-specific Wrap OC 23 costs incurred each month.

Parent Partner means a Parent Leader who has accepted the responsibility of working collaboratively with a specific office of DCYF in facilitating peer-to-peer support with parents who have an open assessment or case with the Division.
