Parent Notes definition

Parent Notes means, whether or not outstanding, the Luxembourg Notes and the Intelsat Investments Notes.
Parent Notes means the 9.125% Senior Notes due 2018 issued by Parent and NRP Finance Corporation, as such Senior Notes are amended, amended and restated, supplemented, exchanged, refinanced, or otherwise modified from time to time.
Parent Notes means the collective reference to (i) the 6.875% senior notes, due 2013, of the Parent issued in the original principal amount of $175,000,000 pursuant to the indenture dated as of December 23, 2003, (ii) the additional 6.875% senior notes, due 2013, of the Parent issued in the original principal amount of $250,000,000 pursuant to the indenture dated as of December 23, 2003 and (iii) any Parent Refinancing Notes.

  • Use the proceeds of the Credit Extensions for working capital, Capital Expenditures, Permitted Acquisitions, to make payments in respect of the Parent Notes as permitted by Section 7.14, and for other general corporate purposes, in each case, not in contravention of any Law or of any Loan Document.

More Definitions of Parent Notes

Parent Notes means Parent’s 9.75%/10.50% Senior PIK Notes due 2016.
Parent Notes means the 6.125% Senior Notes due 2026 issued by the Parent and TLP Finance Corp. pursuant to the First Supplemental Indenture dated as of February 12, 2018 among the Parent, TLP Finance Corp., the guarantors party thereto and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, including any Refinancing Indebtedness thereof.
Parent Notes means the Parent Senior Secured Notes and the Parent Convertible Senior Notes or, in the event that either the Parent Senior Secured Notes or the Parent Convertible Secured Notes have been refinanced, any debt issued to replace or refinance any such indebtedness.
Parent Notes means the existing 10 1/4% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2003 of Parent.
